By using the CallTiger website and services, you agree to be bound by CallTiger’s Terms & Conditions set out below. These terms and conditions of service for use of CallTiger services (the 'Agreement') constitute a legally binding contract between CallTiger and the entity that agrees to and accepts these terms and conditions.

In the following terms and conditions, the words 'CallTiger', 'we', and 'our', are used to refer to the CallTiger service. CallTiger is a telephony callback service. For detailed information about the services provided by CallTiger please visit www.Call-Tiger.com. ‘You’, ‘your’ or “Customer” is used to refer to the Customer.

You are responsible for keeping all your CallTiger passwords secure, strong and confidential at all times. CallTiger cannot accept any responsibility for unauthorized access to your account and calls made on your account. You should always set and use strong passwords, for example consisting of a minimum of 10 characters, a combination of numbers, letters and characters and not easy to guess. Beware of using your details on public networks where your details may be stored or intercepted.

Call destinations mentioned on CallTiger include mobile and landline destinations and exclude personal and premium rate numbers (unless mentioned otherwise).

CallTiger offers a callback service and as such, it is dependent on your service provider’s network.

Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. When the prices go up, the Customer has 7 days to ask to refund his remaining credit and to cancel the service.

Emergency calls are NOT available with the CallTiger service.

The usage of all CallTiger services is prepaid by the Customer.

The Customer can buy credit and this credit can be used for all services offered by CallTiger.

The Customer can use the CallTiger services of his choice until the prepaid credit is depleted. All rates and services are listed on www.CallTiger.com.

An invoice is issued for every prepayment. The invoice is sent by email only.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure CallTiger receives the Customer’s payment in time and that the payment details are accurate and up-to-date to ensure CallTiger can top up the Customers’s account before the Customer’s credit is depleted.

In any case, CallTiger will not top -up the Customer’s account if the Customer’s payment has not been received on CallTiger’s bank account.

CallTiger will automatically block all services if the credit is depleted.

Any accounts which have not been used for 6 months or more may be cancelled by CallTiger. Any credit balance unused for 6 months or more will be deducted from a Customer's account. The credit purchased is non-refundable.

CallTiger has the right to immediately close/block CallTiger accounts that CallTiger suspects to be fraudulent. Proof of identification may be requested to verify Customers. See clause 6.

In the event that the contract is subject to distance selling regulation, rights of cancellation will end upon commencement of service. For more info see Renunciation rights on our website www.CallTiger.com.

The Customer needs to comply with all relevant laws, regulations, regulatory conditions and usage restrictions provided for in the applicable regulatory framework, including decisions from NRA’s (National Regulatory Authority) and provisions in numbering plans. It is the Customer's responsibility to abide with the specific usage restrictions and service conditions as may apply to the CallTiger service and or the use of numbers in the country in which the Customer intends to purchase the CallTiger service. If at any time during the term of the Agreement, the Customer is informed or information comes to his attention that he is or may be in violation of any legal or regulatory provision, the Customer shall immediately take all appropriate steps to remedy such violation and comply with such law in all respects.

The Customer shall not use the CallTiger service for any unlawful purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to the transmission of information or the offering of any service which is unlawful, abusive, harmful, threatening, defamatory, pornographic or which could be considered offensive in any other way.

The Customer acknowledges that CallTiger transmits the CLI in compliance with the applicable international rules and standards from the point of entry to the point of exit of its network. By selecting a CLI format other than the default E.164 format, the Customer explicitly agrees to be fully responsible for any consequences resulting from the altered presentation. The Customer also agrees that CallTiger may at its sole discretion and without notice in advance modify the CLI format in the event that an NRA requests CallTiger to do so.

The Customer acknowledges that any violation of this clause 6 shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement and agrees to hold CallTiger harmless and indemnify it against all costs and liabilities arising out of any violation of this clause 6.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CallTiger is providing this site: www.Call-Tiger.com and its contents on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its contents. CallTiger disclaims all such representations and warranties, including for example warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, CallTiger does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current.

CallTiger reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms and conditions will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the CallTiger site. These terms and conditions will apply to your order once you have received your confirmation email. They will supersede any other terms and conditions in whatever form given. Please print and retain a copy of the terms and conditions once you have received your confirmation email. When the terms and conditions change, the Customer has 7 days to ask to refund his remaining credit and to cancel the service.

This liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law.

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold CallTiger, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, expenses, losses, and liabilities (including courts costs and reasonable attorneys' fees), arising from or relating to this Agreement including Customer's access to and use of our services to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall CallTiger or any of its licensors, be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, arising out of the access to or use of or inability to access or use our services, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletions of files, errors, defects, delays in transmission or operation or any failure of performance, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

If a court or other governmental authority states that one of the provisions of the Agreement is invalid, void or unenforceable, then the remaining provisions of the Agreement nevertheless remain legal, valid and enforceable, provided however that each party is allowed to terminate the Agreement immediately if the invalid, void or unenforceable provision is material to the Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Belgium without reference to its principles of conflict of laws.

CallTiger and the Customer irrevocably consent and submit to personal jurisdiction in the commercial courts of Ghent for all matters arising under the Agreement.
